La regeneraci\u00f3n comprende el periodo de tiempo en el que se produce la retermalizaci\u00f3n suave de los alimentos y consiste en calentar el alimento a una temperatura superior a los 65\u00b0C en el centro del producto.<\/p>\n<p>Para saber c\u00f3mo debemos regenerar nuestros platos, debemos fijarnos en el apartado \u201cinstrucciones de uso\u201d de la etiqueta, situado en la parte superior izquierda.
